We entered into the private lending business after over 25 years doing exactly what we now lend others the money to do: rehab and build residential and commercial properties. Our borrowers benefit form our experience purchasing, rehabbing, building, and selling products.
Our Experience
One of the reasons we are in the private lending business is because we have had so much experience in the real estate development, construction and rehab space. We have extensive experience and a deep knowledge bas on the transactions we are loaning.
We use our experience, knowledge, and resources to help our borrowers grow their real estate businesses.
We have been involved in the metro Atlanta market since the real estate boom of the 90’s all the way through the market crash in 2008. We were able to minimize losses during that period. We utilized capital resources to purchase a portfolio of under valued properties.
During the 5 years after the real estate crash we experienced the re-emergence of the real estate market. We focused on sub markets where growth was trong. We took advantage of bank owned properties that were being sold at competitive prices.
Since then the market has been strong but we note it is critical to understand each sub market in the metro Atlanta area. It is also critical to understand buyer requirements.
We have worked in most of all the sub markets in and around Metro Atlanta including the suburbs around Atlanta. We have a great deal of experience, knowledge, and resources that you can benefit from.
We have deep working knowledge of the development and construction project management process. We are also tapped into a solid trade and supplier base in the Greater Atlanta markets so we can help with constructions resources.
